These Terms & Conditions govern use of the JZShrimps website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Product descriptions, photographs, availability and prices are provided in good faith and may change. Live livestock availability is subject to change because animals are living organisms and cannot always be guaranteed until an order is confirmed.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added where required. Payment may be processed through Square or another third-party payment provider.
Before completing an online purchase, customers should review the items, quantities, prices, shipping method and applicable policies. Live shrimp are subject to the JZShrimps Returns & DOA Policy and Shipping Policy. Customers should read those policies before ordering live livestock.
Shipping is subject to the shipping method, destination, weather, carrier rules and other conditions described in the Shipping Policy. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns, cancellations and DOA claims are governed by the applicable product terms and our Returns & DOA Policy, subject always to any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Website text, photographs, graphics, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to JZShrimps unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
The website may link to or use third-party services such as payment processors, carriers and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and policies, and JZShrimps is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.
